The Henry C. Johnson family lived around Tampico, and farmed his folk's home place for years. They sold to Homer Steers. He worked with Art Black, running his Threashing Machine, Road Graders, W.P.A. work all of his life to raise a large family of twelve children: Kenneth Johnson, Alpha Wolber, Gertrude Tornow, Oliver Johnson, Virginia Wetzell, Eva Fritz, Bernard Johnson, Margorie Marshall, Leland Johnson, Jerold Johnson, Beverly Jones, Harold Johnson. They lived in Tampico, then moved to Rock Falls, IL, where they both passed away. Leland also passed away there.
