Rites Held For Arling W. Love
Tampico: - Funeral services were held for Arling W. Love Friday afternoon in the Schmitt Chapel in Tampico. The Rev. Roger Baumeister of the Methodist Church officated. Miss Betsey Olson was organist.
Mrs. Vernon Denison and Mrs. LeRoy Stewart served as flower aides.
Burial was in Tampico Memorial Cemtery with James Darby, Verrnon Denison, Paul Larson, J. E. Cain, LeRoy Stewart and Wilson Berge serving as casketbearers.

ARLING W. LOVE
Arling W. Love, 87, Dies In Sterling
Tampico: - Arling W. Love, 87, of Tampico, passed away Wednesday morning at the Colonial Ares Rest home, Sterling, after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Schmitt Chapel, Tampico, the Rev. Roger Baumesiter of the Methodist Church, officating, with burial in the Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
Arling Love was born Sept. 27, 1879 in Fairfield Township, the son of William and Margaret Love. He attended Tampico Schools and lived in Tampico all his life. He married Blanche Aydelott, who preceded him, and in 1946 he married Mrs. Ethel Miller in Sterling at the Baptist parsonage. He farmed many years near Yorktown before retiring to Tampico. He was a member of the Methodist Church and was a Justice of the Peace.
He is survived by his wife, one son, John Love of Chula Vista, Calif., and one grandson. He was preceded by his parents, first wife, one brother and one sister.
