RALPH  A.  TUCKERMAN

 

Ralph A. Tuckerman Dies, Services Tuesday

 

Walnut: - Ralph A. Tuckerman, 81, retired businessman, passed away Saturday at 10 p.m. at Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton, following a lengthy illness.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday,  the Ross Funeral Home, Walnut, with the Rev. Clark Moushon, Lockport, assisted by the Rev. Ray Baldwin, of the Walnut United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial wil lbe in Walnut Cemetery.

 

He married Florence Trouth, Dec. 31, 1913 in Sterling.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Walnut; member of the AF and AM 722, RAM 236; he was a 1908 graduate of Walnut High School. He was a furniture businessman in Walnut for many years. 



He is survived by the widow, one daughter, Mrs. Claude (Dorothy) Langford, Dalton City; one grandson, one great grandson; three sisters, Miss Lida Tuckerman, Hollywood, Calif;  Mrs. R. L. (Ann) Miller, Burbank, Calif.; Mrs. Arthur (Callie) Ross, Walnut.

 

He was preceded by his parents and one sister, Mrs. Ray (Marie) Plain. 

 

Friends may call at the Ross Funeral Home from 7 p.m. Monday.  Masonic services will be held at 9 p.m. Monday.

 

 A Memorial has been established for the Walnut Methodist Church.
