Harold Epperson Dies In Arizona

Prophetstown: - Harold F. Epperson, 81, passed away in Yavapai Community Hospital, Prescott, Ariz., Friday, Dec. 19, following an illness of some time.  He was a former furniture salesman in Prophetstown.

Graveside services were held today at 1:30 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery, Prophetstown.  The Rev. Paul Olsen of the United Methodist Church officiated. Gardner Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

 He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clyde (Anne) Payne, Prescott, Ariz.; one granddaughter, Mrs. Patrick (Emily) Furlong, Murphysville, Ill.; several nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Louis (Barbara) Boone and Mrs. D. L. (Dorothy) Woodward, locally.

He was preceded by his wife, the former Ethel Barradell, in 1962, and one son, William.
