Prophetstown: - Tab L. Swanson, 30, of Prophetstown died Monday at CGH Medical Center.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the United Methodist Church of Prophetstown with the Rev. Bruce Janes, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Prophetstown. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Gardner Chapel in Prophetstown.
A memorial has been established.
Mr. Swanson was born March 29, 1959 in Morrison.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Nadine and David Lyon of Davenport; his father and stepmother, Charles and Janice Swanson of Prophetstown; one sister, Mrs. William (Cherish) Stickel of Charleston, S.C.,; one brother, Shawn of Prophetstown; his grandparents, Theodore Lindberg and Bert and Gladys Swanson all of Prophetstown.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Madge Lindberg.
