B. C. BUNKER PASSED AWAY
Funeral services for Burton Clyde Bunker, 81, will be held at the Parent Chapel Thursday afternoon at 1:30 with Rev. Ellis Beeman, pastor of the Tampico Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in the Yorktown Cemetery.
He passed away Tuesday morning in the Wilson nursing home in Rock Falls.
Mr. Bunker, son of James and Mary Montgomery Bunker, was born in Fairfield township, March 11, 1875. He attended the local schools and dixon college.
He was married to Flora Mathis of Prophetstown who preceded him in death.
In 1945 he married Harriet Wilson of Chicago who, with his sister, Mrs. Matie Greenwood of Tampico, four nephews and one niece survive him.

BURTON CLYDE BUNKER RITES HELD THURSDAY
TAMPICO - Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, November 29 at 1:30 at the Parent Chapel in Tampico for the late Clyde Bunker.
Ellis Beeman, pastor of the Tampico Church of Christ officiated. Mrs. Ransom Egart and Mrs. Archie Yard, Sr. sang "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" and "God Will Take Care of You" accompanied by Mrs. Howard Ackeberg.
Committal was in Yorktown Cemetery with Roscoe Mathis, Jack Greenwood, Aaron Greenwood, Joe Greenwood, William Van DeVelde, and Dennis Schafer as pallbearers.
Mr. and Mrs. Chester Greenwood were in charge of flowers.
