Raymond Eugene McKenna, 16, of Beecher, formerly of Tampico, died March 18 at 2:33 a.m. in Riverside Hospital, Kankakee, following injuries sustained in a car accident.

 

Funeral rites will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Gordon Funeral Home in Manteno.  The burial will be in Oak Knoll Memorial Park Cemetery, Sterling, at 1 p.m.

 

Surviving are his parents, John McKenna of Tampico and Mrs. James Batton of Beecher and five sisters and three brothers, Mrs. John (Diane) Ballard of Sterling, Mrs. Charles (Joyce) Steele of Rockford, Mrs. Michael (Marjorie) Bryan, Mrs. John (Susan) Cernick and Barbara, Charles, LeRoy and Jerry of Tampico. He was preceded in death by one sister, Linda.
