FORMER RESIDENT DEAD
Word was received Monday morning of the death of Kenneth L. Glassburn, Denver, Colo., formerly of Tampico. Mr. Glassburn had been in ill health for several years. He was 54 years old.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 in the Schmitt chapel with Rev Joseph Stoube, pastor of the Ba[Baptist church, officiating.

Burial will be in Tampico Memorial cemetery, where graveside services will be conducted by Yorktown Lodge No. 655 AF&AM, Tampico.

The remains will arrive in Tampco late this Wednesday evening. Relatives and friends may call at the chapel after 9:00 Thursday morning.

Kenneth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen W. Glassburn, was born June 11, 1909 in Hume Township. He received his education in the Tampico schools. He had made his home in Denver for a number of years/

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Grace Glassburn, Tampico; his wife, Gladys, Denver, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. E. A. (Gladys) Pierce and a brother, Gordon, both of Tampico; and one nephew, Gordon Pierce, Harvey. His father preceded him in death.

Funeral services for Kenneth L. Glassburn were held Thursday afternoon at the Schmitt chapel with Rev. Joseph Stoube of the Baptist church officiating. Appropriate recordings were played for the service.

The floral tributes were cared for by Mrs. Arthur Wetzell and Mrs. Clifford Casson.

Masonic graveside services were conducted at the Tampico Memorial cemetery by Yorktown Lodge No. 655 AF&AM. Masonic pallbearers were Arthur Davis, Roy Hockman, Vernon Denison, Luther Stutzman, Arthur Wetzell and Arlyn Koehler.
