CYNTHIA M. ROSS, 58, of 1622 W. 9th Street, Dixon, IL, formerly of Prophetstown, IL, died Friday, April 15, 2011 at KSB Hospital in Dixon, IL.

Cindy was born August 9, 1952 in Princeton, IL, to Clellan A. and Alice L. (Morgan) Morris. She was educated in the rural Whiteside County grade schools and was a graduate of Newman High School in Sterling, IL. She also attended Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, IL. She married Rodney Jensen on March 8, 1975 in Prophetstown, IL. Cindy was first self employed in child daycare, then employed at Products Unlimited in Prophetstown, and most recently employed at Coventry Village in Sterling. Cindy was a former member of Emergency Services Disaster Agency in Prophetstown. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, and casino gaming.

Survivors include one daughter, Danette �Dee� Jensen of Prophetstown, IL; one son, Donald �Donnie� Jensen of Tampico, IL; four grandchildren, Shawnia Jensen, Jaklynn Matney, Jacob Jensen, and Collin Jensen; her mother, Alice Morris of Prophetstown, IL; one sister, Mary Kay (Mike) Vahle of Prophetstown, IL; one brother, Jim (Shirley) Morris of Coal Valley, IL; and special friend, Robert Mull of Dixon, IL.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clellan Morris and one nephew, Tony Morris.

FUNERAL SERVICE WHEN AND WHERE: 10:30 AM Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the Bosma-Gibson Funeral Home, 320 Lafayette Street, Prophetstown, IL

OFFICIATING CLERGY: Rev. Jim Jensen � Associate Pastor: Gateway Faith Fellowship in Fulton, IL

VISITATION: 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the Bosma-Gibson Funeral Home, 320 Lafayette Street, Prophetstown, IL

INTERMENT: Walnut Cemetery � Walnut, IL
