Florence Johnson Dies Wednesday
Funeral arrangements are complete at the Wheelock-Allen Funeral Home in Rock Falls for Florence R. Johnson, 57, of Country Acres Trailer Park No. 35, RR3, Rock Falls, who passed away Wednesday morning.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. John M. Copic, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Sterling, officiating. Burial will be in Greenville Fairfield Cemetery in New Bedford.
Visitation will be held at the Wheelock-Allen Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Florence Johnson was born Dec. 5, 1917 in Chicago, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Schumann. She was united in marriage to the former Kenneth P. Johnson. She was employed at Chicago-Buick Plant for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth P. of Rock Falls; a son, James A. Rasmussen of Topeka, Kans; two grandchildren; one sister: Mrs. Sylvia Rasmussen of Roselle; one brother, William Schumann of Camp Lake, Wis.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30p.m. Saturday at the Wheelock-Allen Funeral Home for Florence R. Johnson, 57, of Country Acres Trailer Park, rock Falls, who died Wednesday at Community General Hospital.
The Rev. John Copic, the pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Sterling, officiated at the sdrvices with burial taking place at the Greenville-Fairfield Cemetery at New Bedford, Mrs. Wayne E. Larson was at the organ during the services.
Pallbearers were John Fritz, Duane Wetzell, Vernon Jones, Chester Wolber, William Tornow and Glen Marshall. Flowers were taken care of by Mr. andMrs. Ben Johnson.
