ROCK FALLS – Harry Ferguson, age 87, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at St. Michaels Hospital in Stevens Point, Wis. 

Harry was born on February 29, 1928 in Whitehall the son of Perry and Lillie (Egan) Ferguson. He married Lois Pfeiffer on February 28, 1951 in Dixon. She died on November 14, 1996. Harry was employed for 37 years as a General Foreman at Northwestern Steel & Wire Company, Sterling retiring in 1982. He enjoyed camping, owned racehorses and was an avid fisherman known as "Catfish Harry". 

Survivors include one daughter, Peggy (Steve) Hadaway of Tampico; one son Perry (Linda) Ferguson of Tampico; one sister, Carolyn (Lee) Ledford of Sterling; one daughter-in-law, Julie Stees of Tampico; 13 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter; one son; one great grandson. 

Gathering of family and friends will be from 5-7:00 P.M. Monday, January 4, 2016 at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls. Memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
