ROCK FALLS - Jana N. Tonkinson, 72, of Rock Falls, died, Thursday November 1, 2018 at her home.

Jana was born on August 26, 1946 the daughter of Robert and Janet (Waite) Nuelle. She married Norman Tonkinson on September 3, 1972 in Tampico.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Neil (Cheryl) Tonkinson of Tolono and Matthew Tonkinson of Rock Falls; two daughters, Elizabeth (George) Dudley of Rock Falls and Marcella Tonkinson of Rock Falls; one sister, Anita (Hal) Yeager of Wildwood, MO; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother in infancy.

Memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation, Sterling with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating. Visitation will be  from 10- 11 AM one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established.
