His Mother Is Dead

L.K. BRAINERD received the sad news message Monday evening that his aged mother, Mrs. Anna BRAINERD had passed away at her home in Sheridan. Mr. and Mrs. BRAINERD left Tuesday morning to attend the funeral. The deceased had visited her son here frequently and was quite well known in Tampico. She was about eighty years of age and death was due to infirmities of her advanced years and heart trouble. She was a kindly, gentle, refined lady and will be sorely missed by the two surviving sons.
