Mr. and Mrs. Oscar CURTIS of Lostant, were called here Wednesday by the death of G.W. HAUGER. Mrs. CURTIS is a sister of Mrs. HAUGER.

G.W. HAUGER is Dead
G.W. HAUGER a farmer who resided three miles southeast of Tampico on the place formerly occupied by T.O.STEADMAN, died Wednesday morning at 4 o'clock. He had been since ever since last May and death was due to liver complaint coupled with other complications.
The remains were taken to his old home Magnolia, Tuesday morning on the passenger. The funeral services will be held there Friday at the Methodist church.
The deceased had lived in this vicinity but three years. He was an industrious, hard working man and during his residence here had made many friends. He was born March 9, 1864 in Pennsylvania where he resided until about twenty years ago when he cam west locating near Magnolia in this state. He was married Dec. 17, 1890 and to this union five children were born all of whom with the stricken wife, survive. They are Guy, Nettie, Helen, Orrin and Floyd. He also has two sisters. The entire community extends its sympathy to the widow and children in their hour of grief.
