Tim Ruddell

            Myron Tim Ruddell, 54 of Erie, IL, died suddenly Wednesday, may 17, 2006 at University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City, IA.  Services were held Saturday at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Prophetstown.  Graveside services and internment were held on Monday at the Shire Cemetery, rural Oblong, IL.  A memorial fund has been established.

            Tim was born August 21, 1951 the son of Arthur G. and Beulah (Gatton) Ruddell.  He married Patricia Isbsell in Prophetstown on November 15, 1969.

            Tim was a commercial truck driver, member of Teamsters Local #371, Rock Island, IL, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the former Erie Church of the Nazarene. 

            He is survived by his wife; daughter Cherish Evans, Hillsdale, IL; sons James, Erie, IL, Phillip, Allons, TN; grandchildren, William, Rebeccann, Hannah, Audry, and Kaylan sisters Carolyn Ruddell, Rock Falls, IL, Melissa Ruddell and a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Julia Ruddell, Hillsdale.

            He was preceded by his parents in 1989, and a sister Connie Mae Ruddell.
