OBITUARY

Sterling - Mrs. Janet E. Nuelle, 72, of 1301 Sixth Ave., Sterling, formerly of Tampico, died Thursday evening at St. Anthony's Hospital, Rockford.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the Garland Funeral Home, Tampico, with the Rev. Dennis Morales, pastor of Tampico United Methodist Church, officiating. burial will be in Tampico Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today in the Garland Funeral Home.

A memorial has been established in her memory.

Mrs. Nuelle was born Jan. 12, 1916, in Luverne, Minn., the daughter of Fred and Nellie (FEHLMAN) WAITE. She married Robert NUELLE on June 18, 1940, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Yorktown. She was employed at Colonial Acres Nursing Home and Sterling Care Center, both Sterling, for 16 years. She was a member of Tampico United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Anita KEIM, Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Norman (Jana) TONKINSON, Rock Falls; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Vance WAITE, Rock Falls, and one sister, Mrs. Richard (Mary) NUELLE, Tampico.

Interment: Tampico Memorial Cemetery
