The Rev. A. Dean Lundstrom officiated for the services with Mrs. Ellen Dingman serving as the organist.
Serving as pallbearers were: Willard Redman, Elmer Bultor and Wayne Temple of Moline, Lauren Ballard of Chadwick, Arthur Egert of Lyndon and Dean Hanson of Prophetstown, with burial at the Leon Cemetery.
In charge of the floral tributes were Mrs. Willard Redman, Mrs. Elmer Bultor and Mrs. Lauren Ballard and Mrs. Arthur Egert.

James J. Woolums Dies In Moline
Prophetstown: - James Jackson Woolums, 44, passed away at the Moline Lutheran Hospital, Moline, Monday afternoon.
He was born Dec. 4, 1921, in Prophetstown, the son of James and Grace Lane Woolums. He was reared and educated in the Prophetstown schools. He moved to E. Moline in 1952, where he was employed by the John Deere Co.
He married Juanita Taber in Prophetstown Oct. 16, 1949.
He was a member of the E. Moline Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, one son Jay, and one daughter Jill, both at home; two brothers, Kenneth and Clark, both of Prophetstown; and one sister, Mrs. Viiolet Crouch, Moline.
He was preceded by his parents and one son David.
Masonic services will be conducted at the Gardner Funeral Chapel Wednesday evening, at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at the Congregational Church, Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. A. Dean Lundstrom officiating. Burial will be in the Leon Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel Wednesday afternoon and evening.
