Rites For Frederick L. Linden Monday
Tampico: - Funeral rites for Frederick LeRoy Linden, 45, who died in a car-truck crash on Rt. 172
Friday, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Schmitt Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Roger Baumeister, pastor of the Tampico Methodist Church, will officiate and burial will be in Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
There will be visitation after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Frederick LeRoy Linden was born March 1, 1920 in Bureau County, Illinois, the son of Fritz and Maude Milby Linden. He was educated in the Hahnaman schools and was united in marriage with Margaret Covel July 20, 1950 in Morrison. He had lived in the Tampico area his entire lifetime and was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving with the widow are three sons, John, Michael and Thomas, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Linden of Tampico; a brother, Ray of Tampico and three aunts. He was preceded in death by a son Gary.

Final Rites For Frederick Linden
Tampico: - Funeral services were held for Frederick LeRoy Linden, Monday afternoon at the Schmitt Chapel in Tampico. Rev. Roger Baumeister of the Methodist Church, officiated.
Mrs. Maynard Peterson was organist. Mr. and Mrs. John Pierceson assisted with the floral tributes.
Casket bearers were Harry Fisher, Clifford Akridge, Francis McCormick, LeRoy Stewart, Wayne Rose and Robert Zigler.
Resting place in Tampico Memorical cemeter.
