St. Petersburgh, Fla.: - Merritt C. Reynolds, 65, of St. Petersburgh, Fla., formerly of Prophetstown, died Wednesday afternoon at the Oak Manor Nursing Home in Largo, Fla.
Memorial services will be held at the Chapel of the Salvation Army on Sunday in St. Petersburgh, Fla.
Merritt was born the son of Clyde Clifford and Nellie Brewer Reynolds. He was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his mother, Nellie of Prophetstown, one daughter, Nelwyn Laughlan of Lutz, Fla., one son, Dennis of St. Petersburgh, Fla., two grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. James (Marilyn) Maxfield of Prophetstown, and one brother, Jerry Reynolds of Martinez, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his father, his wife, one sister and one brother.
