POPULAR YOUNG COUPLE TOOK MARRIAGE VOWS
Miss Lois Adams and Mr. Kell Patton Took Wedding Vows November 27
Another young couple stole a march on their friends and on Sunday, November 27, at Morrison, Miss Lois ADAMS and Kell PATTON took the marriage vows. The single ringed ceremony was performed by Rev. O. L. WALTER, pastor of the presbyterian church. They were accompanied by Edwin LINDER of Prophetstown and Miss Evelyn SLECHIC of Morrison who acted as best man and bridesmaid. The bride was prettily attired in a rose colored satin crepe.
The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Mary ADAMS and has many friends who have known her all of her life. She is a graduate of the high school class of 1927, a young lady of pleasing personality, and a favorite in society.
The grooom is a son of Mrs. Zena PATTON of Walnut Hill, Illinois and has been in this vicinity for the past three years. He is a clean, honest, energetic young man and has made friends during his residence here.
Mr. and Mrs. PATTON have the best wishes of a host of friends for their happy married life. They will remain in Tampico for the present.
