TAMPICO TORNADO July 1883
ELMENDORF - SCOTT At the residence of the bride's father, Wm. SCOTT, July 3rd, 1883, by Rev. F. M. SMITH, Mr. Rufus ELMENDOR and Miss Cyrenie SCOTT. It was a most enjoyable evening; twenty-five invitations having been given, outside the home, and they mostly came. The tables groaned under the beautiful repast to which ample justice was done. Nor must I forget to mention that Frank LEO makes an A, No. 1 "best man," and Ida M. MIDDAGH as bride's maid did her part nobly. I would be pleased to tell how the bride was dressed; but one cannot. Suffice to say she was most pleasing and becomingly dressed for such an occation.
