Richard CADY's people returned to Erie Monday after a few weeks visit at Mr.CADY's father, George CADY.
Harry POTTER was a visitor in Prophetstown Sunday at his home.
Mr. KAMPHIUS is laying very low.
Mrs. E. J. FLYNN and Mrs. R. FLYNN were shopping in Prophetstown Friday.
Messrs. F. J. MANDRILLA and Jack of Mendota enjoyed a days hunting here, and visiting with their friend, R. FLYNN.
Mrs. Julie HUBBART and Miss Pearlie ECHELBERGER of Erie spent Saturday with Mrs. HUBBART'S daughters, Mrs. E. J. FLYNN and Mrs. R. FLYNN.
Mr. MILLER of Chicago spent last Sunday at Allen PRATT's.
Will HUBBART and John ROBINSON of Erie were callers in Denrock, last Tuesday night.
Messrs D**** and Allen PRATT attended the horse sale in Lyndon last week.
Mrs. J. N. HOGEBOOM entertained her friends Mrs. E. DIR of Iowa on the night of the 24th. The track was not considered safe and ***** train. No 10 was not allowed to proceed on its way to Barstow. Several of the passengers were made comfortable at J. N. HOGEBOOMS.
