ACCIDENTALLY SHOT
Master George Devenney of Prophetstown, grandson of Mr. and Mrs. M. G. LOVE, was accidentally shot last week while hunting with a young lad of his acquaintance. The bullet from a small rifle passed through his neck but missed striking a vital point. He was taken to the hospital at Clinton and at last reports was getting along nicely. It seems that the gun was discharged while his companion was adjusting it, and that the wounded boy was assisted home by his companion to whom no blame is attached by the sufferer.
