SET CLOCKS AHEAD AGAIN
The daylight savings plan, which was popular last year to many after it was tried out, and generally unpopular in the country districts, will start again on Sunday, March 30th. Those who thought it was only a war measure were mistaken, as the law has been looked up and it is found to be a permanent system. The last Sunday in March will see the clocks move forward one hour, the same as they were last spring.
This is what the law says: At two o'clock antemeridian of the last Sunday of March of each year the standard time of each zone shall advance one hour, and at two o'clock antemeridian of the last Sunday of October in each year the standard time of each zone shall, by the retarding of one hour, return to the mean astronomical time.
