He Invents Ditching Plow

J. H. MILLIGAN who owns a large farm northeast of Tampico has lately constructed a plow for makeing lateral ditches that promises to practically revolunitonize ditch making. The plow is built out of two old plows and the contrivances on it so that when it is pulled a clean cut ditch is made three feet wide on the bottom and the dirt thrown up on either side. The plow is pulled with horses and capstan. The plow works good and has been given good test on the MILLIGAN farm where considerable ditching has been done with it.
