Mrs. Minerva Lyon sold her residence property and household goods at the premesis at south Benton Street last Saturday afternoon at public auction. There was a fair crowd out but bidding was not very lively. The residence property was purchased for $840 by Holger Pedersen. This is considered a bargain for Mr. Pedersen as the house is in very good condition and is worth more money.
