I am wondering if the picture of downtown Tampico shown elsewhere on the site and taken in 1941 of John Wayne's Store was the one sold by my father John Wayne Glassburn (son of F.E., NOT J.W. Glassburn) in or before 1941. A letter from my father's father's mother, Nell Aldrich Glassburn Terry, responding to announcement of my birth, mentions that John had written of having 'sold the store.' I'm wondering if this could be that store, and if so, how long he ran it before its sale. Dianne
