Thanks to Janet Goodell from Prophetstown and Diane McLoughlin of Tampico, I have found relatives in Minson Cemetery and Sharon Cemetery. I see from late posts a large number of Kempsters buried in Sharon. I would ask the Kempsters to keep an eye out for any Maynard info that might turn up in your search etc.
I'm now looking for burial spot for Williams Maynards (buried in Sharon), father Nathan. He was born 2 Oct 1751 in Wesboro, Mass. I suspect that he probably is buried in Mass, But who knows ??

Has the paragraph on William Maynard page 360, History of Whiteside County, (Bent Wilson) been ruled out. At the time of publication, 1877, William was living in Geneseo, Henry County.
