I received the following query - Can anyone help?
From: "James Longwell" Date: Sat, 21 Apr 2007 14:18:40 -0500 To: "Tampico Historical Society" Subject: Re: To Denise McLoughlin - Regarding Watson C. Holbrook
Hi Denise -
Many thanks for making this biography available to me. It has provided me with much additional valuable information. I have today spoken with Terry Buckaloo at the Sterling-Rock Falls Historical Society, who also provided me with additional information. Do you have any thoughts on how best I might be able to research further Mr. Holbrook's life and work? In particular I am considering making a weekend trip to you area for this very purpose. If you know of anyone with similar interest that I could contact I would be most appreciative, or if you are aware of which museums/historical societies might have possessions or fossils obtained by this man I would be most appreciative. Also, please let me know if a visit to your historical society could provide me with any further insight/knowledge. Also, you wouldn't happen to know if any family/descendents of Mr. Holbrook are still in the area that I might be able to contact. Your thoughts on this quest would be most appreciated. Many kind regards. Link to Watson C Holbrook bio:Watson C Holbrook Jim Longwell
