My mother and I have tried to search for my aunt and her family several years now. We will be so graetfull for any advice how we can go on in our search.
This is the information we have: My aunt Alma Astrid Linne a Karlström born 1917 emigrated from Sweden 1939 to Denmark. She married a Danish man Svend Rasmussen born 1911(He lived in Saskatoon sask between 1911-1916.
They got two children Bent 1940 and Margit 1942. In 1947 30 november they emigrated to USA. In passengerslist stand that they were going to Svends father Chas(Emil) Rasmussen 108 08 Wellington ave Melrose Park Il.
We have found an Obutary in the Chicago Tribune from 1961. He was only Cremated in Acasia Park but there is no plot.
He was an member of Painters Local uinon 194. My aunt is not mention in the Obutary but the two children are. Maybe something had happend to her they might have been divorsed. We will be so greatfull for any advice.

Thank you so so much Denise for trying to help us. My aunt was born 8 May 1917 so I don`t think it´s the same person.
But we shall try to search futher on thru thoose e:mail adresses you given us.
I will let you know if we have any luck.
