It was located in section 10 of Loraine Twp, Henry County per the 1875 Plat map on Henry County IL GenWeb Project. You get there, I believe, by turning North onto Ridge Road, continuing north to the corner of Town Hall Rd and Ridge Road. I have a question in to John Kemmis who grew up near that other gas station about the correct name. The next station east of the Atkinson Blacktop was Newlon Station. I believe it on the corner of St. Mary's turn off from Rte. 92.

That wasn't too clear! DUH! Turn north from Rte. 92 onto Ridge Road, if you turn south you will see the Old Kemmis Cemetery and Old Kemmis School.
