Hi Folks,
I have heard information about the Tampico McElhiney family through the grapevine for years, but never have been able to establish any direct connection.

is devoted to all things related to the McElhiney family name. There is a "current" McElhiney family tree there which is viewable onsite or you can download the GEDCOM file for your own use. (I'd love to be able to add all of the current generations and missing information--also to correct errors.)
My immediate family stems from Ralph Valentine McElhiney who raised his sons and daughter in Peoria, IL. They moved there from MO in the early part of the 1900s.
Please give me what information you can about current McElhiney family members as well as history of the family in your area. I will add all information to the family tree on my website.

I'm afraid "our" McElhiney's don't "do" email or websites! LOL. However, I will pass this information on to them. If you email me you address, they will respond via snail-mail.
I also received your offer to help with transcriptions which is GREATLY appreciated and I will get back to you on that.
