A photo of Mrs. DeWitt West, proprietor of the electric company, is posted at this sight. Does anyone know if Frank E. West, husband of Lottie B. Lyon of Tampico would be related to Mrs. DeWitt West?
Lottie and Frank were married July 5, 1892 in Davenport, IA. There was a one-liner about the marriage posted in the Tornado July 16, 1892. (Thank you Les Niemi.) Frank was born about 1871, location unknown.
Lottie Lyon is the eldest child of Marcus Ruel and Minerva Miller Lyon. A photo of their home is posted with the 1910 Tampico Tornado photos.
