My Schreiner ancestry moved to Bureau County from New Orleans Louisiana before 1864 and did not leave until 1886. During their stay here they married into the Neuhalfen, Neu, and Schlitt families. The lived near Hollowayville.
My Great Great Grandmother is buried in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Lasalle County, IL, but I have not been able to find the burial place for my Great Great Grandfather, Michael Schreiner who died in 1882. Any information would be appreciated.
All of the family moved to Otoe County Nebraska eventually.

Hi Don, That area of Bureau Co. is a little out of the area we cover in general. May I suggest you visit the IL Trail/Bureau County site? http://iltrails.org/bureau/ You may have more success there.
Also, have you checked with the LaSalle Co. Genealogy Society or contacted the cemeteries?
It appears Michael was living in Peru, La Salle Co. two years prior to his death. Here are some cemetery listings for that area. There is also a cemetery in Peru listed as "unknown" at the site I have listed below. Perhaps their Geneoalogical/Historical Society or even Chamber of Commerce may be able to give more info on that cemetery or know where the archives are located.
