I thought this was worth re-sending, since the Lawn Mower/Motorcycle Races are a BIG hit. I have added two dates for them to the Calendar.
# Sept.. 30, 6 p.m. - MEXICAN TRAIN DOMINOES - Comm. Bldg.
# Oct. 4, 12noon - COMMUNITY CLUB - meet at Good Times for Pork Loin lunch, then over to Community Bldg. Speaker is Beth Etheridge on CPR
# Oct. 7, 6p.m. - MEXICAN TRAIN DOMINOES in Tampico Comm. Bldg.
# Oct. 9, 1 p.m. - Dedication of Historic Marker in Reagan Park. Public invited. Contact: Joan Johnson.
# Oct. 10, (no time given) - Tampico United Methodist Church will do a "reverse Trick or Treat" and pass out treats to homes in the community.
# Oct. 11, 7:00 p.m. - Tampico LIONS Club, meet in back room in Good Times. Meal served.
# Oct. 14, 6 p.m. - MEXICAN TRAIN DOMINOES - Tampico Comm. Bldg.
# Oct. 17, 12noon/1p.m. - LAWNMOWER AND MOTORCYCLE RACES. Concession stand provided by R&B Dutch Diner. $5 Entry fee and $15 rider fee. 12 and under are free. Bring your own lawn chairs. For more infromation on classes contact Ron Lancaster at 815-438-7985.
