We finally did it! The statue has been completed. Please join us for the unveiling in Reagan Park, on November 3, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Rep. Jerry Mitchell will be the Master of Ceremony. Dr. David Arnold, president of Eureka College will be the speaker.
